gel-ous?

I got my very first gel manicure last week Thursday! I know, I'm a little late hopping on that bandwagon, but at least I'm on it now and let me tell you, I don't plan on ever getting off. This is the most amazing thing ever.

I chose this gorgeous midnight blue color that has a slight shimmer to it. I'm obsessed with it. I had a similar color in a Sally Hanson polish I used, but of course, I would see chipping almost one day after applying it. 

It's been five days and I still haven't seen any dulling or chipping! I'm impressed. Will post pictures in a week or two to show how they've held up. Next time, I'm going with a reverse French manicure with lighter colors for spring. Can't even explain how excited I am!
